Can i enter MWC for 7k!?

Hey now that MWC has opened it's doors is it alright to play for a different country illegally speaking?
is it alright for me to use something like vpn or even cotact the staff for changing my flag because in football
you're playing for another national country and not really from there so i would guess there is nothing wrong with that
i read the registration rules it never said anything about changing my country or representing another so i would like to know
if i can. sorry if i asked in different forum to lazy to repost

A: This should have gone into the official MWC thread.

B: You may only change the country you play for if you provide an official photo ID and documented proof that you currently reside in that country.

well i'm not residing in any country i'm in my own but i want to play for a different team for many reasons that is

i can't compete in my own but i would figure out as much as regulations or exceptions to be made for other players

if a player is very good and is only one in his country that plays mania, he cant join cuz there will be no team for him. so imo he should be able to play with another country which needs like +1 more player.. just my opinion :3
