Try a BPM of 140.20 and an offset of 5,480. XD
Remember to uncheck the move already placed notes option while changing your BPM/Offset. Resnap and recalculate through the timing menu and checks for any mistakes. :)
If possible, maybe also a better quality song? It was a little hard to listen for the beats in this one. :o
On top of that, it seems like you are not too aware of the beatspacing. In order to understand what beatspacing is, it is best to consult the FAQ. For hands on experience, turn on distance snap and move your notes around! The distance between the notes could be set by holding alt and adjusting the slider bar on the right top corner.
