规则
投票规则 wrote:
1.投票时间：2015年12月12日-2016年1月15日
2.投票只在官方论坛有效
3.本次被选的华人TOP20的玩家，必须满足下列条件
(1).必须是华人玩家。
(2).Rank在2000内
(3).PC(Play Count)数量大于10000
(4).半年内活跃的玩家
4.可以参与本次投票的玩家，必须满足下列条件
(1).必须是华人玩家
(2).Rank在20000内
(3).PC(Play Count)数量大于5000
(4).半年内活跃的玩家
5.投票方式：每个人按1-20名的顺序列出所选玩家。
6.选拔规则：本次TOP20评选采取打分制。按每个有效投票玩家列出的名单。
第一名5分
第二名3分
第三名2分
4-20名各1分
注1：如果投票结束统计有重分的玩家，则这两个玩家按PP排名排序。
注2：(针对投票参与人)如果您现在的Rank是20000边缘，为了防止在统计的时候低于20000，您可以选择投票过程中附上你现在的userpage截图(必须含有Rank信息显示)
注3：Ranked图超过20张的mapper也能投
注4：从投票时间开始，即使不计入的玩家在投票时间开始后刷新了BP，依然不会计入

注意事项
违反以上事项的投票玩家，此次投票作废。注意事项 wrote:
1.请在规定日期内投票。
2.在投票结束的1-3天内。我们将会计算所有有效投票玩家的投票分数之和。所以在2016年1月15日之后请不要更改你的投票人选或顺序。
3.玩家投的票人数可以小于等于20。不允许超过20。
4.不允许投给已经被BAN或者帐号被锁定的玩家或者小号。
5.不允许给自己投票。
6.每个人的只能投一次票。
7.投票的结果将直接以视频的方式呈现。

Note: "Chinese Players" mentioned here include users who have China, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macau nationality.
Rules
^ Rules for voting
1. Duration: December 12, 2015 - January 15, 2016
2. Conditions for the candidates:
(1) Chinese Players only.
(2) Rank higher than #2000.
(3) Have achieved at least 10000 play counts.
(4) Have been active for the last 6 months.
3. Conditions for the voters:
(1) Chinese Players only.
(2) Rank higher than #20000
(3) Have achieved at least 5000 play counts.
(4) Have been active for the last 6 months.
4. How to vote: List your Top 20 Players in descending order in this topic.
5. How we select: If a player is voted for, he/she will earn score(s), depending on their places in the voter's list.
1st: 5 points.
2nd: 3 points.
3rd: 2 points.
4th-20th: 1 point.
* If 2 or more players achieve the same score, their places will then be decided by the amount of Performance Point (PP).
