[Request] Osu! for IOS on AppStore

Hello i want to know if it's possible to remake Osu! For iOS and upload it on AppStore i can't jailbreak my iPad for cydia actually (my computer work bad)
I got Osu!Stream but i really want play to Osu! like on computer or Osu!droid with beatmaps download system

If remake Osu! For iOS available on AppStore do it please
