Well, lets see here

[general]
Im not great at timing but I think a bpm of 101.00 is better
I recomend using 1/2 divisor for easy/normal and 1/4 for hard/insane
Remove "Ending 04" from the source
Remove "amagami ss ending ed 4" from the tags as its part of the source or not really needed
your spacing needs some work look at this if you need an example (distance snap is a good friend)
Some of your notes are off, get the playback to 25% or 50% and listen carefully (most should fall or white/red)
Disable countdown? I dont think it fits the song

[easy]
I would use largest notes and turn down AR and OD 1 or 2 ticks

[normal]
I would use one circle size bigger and maybe turn down AR and OD a bit

[hard]
I highly recomend one or two circle size bigger. small notes do make it harder, but alot of people just find them annoying
Maybe lower the approach rate 1 or 2 as well. I think its a bit fast for the song, but thats just imo
Avoid overlapping sliders (for example at 01:04:625 (1,2)) as its often confusing

At the moment I cant really say much, but dont give up, its your first map afterall. Have someone who's good at timing check it, and keep working at it. I'll try to help if you need it, feel free to pm me (both ingame or forum)

Alright then

[general]
try using a offset of 310, then resnap all notes (timing>resnap all notes)
I still think you should disable the countdown(song setup>storyboarding), it doesnt fit in my opinion
there are still some spacing issues, go through with distance snap and check them, except for the jumps you want

[easy]
Use a slider velocity around 1.3 or 1.5? current one is a bit fast imo
I cant really say much more until i know if your changing the velocity and what to for now

[normal]
(this is assuming you used the offset i said, if not the times may be a bit off)
00:04:319 (2) - move to 00:04:468
00:05:508 (1) - move to 00:05:656
00:09:072 (1) - move to 00:09:220
00:10:409 (1) - extend this slider 1 tick so it ends at 00:11:584 and delte the (1,2) at 00:11:435 and 00:11:584
00:12:029 (1) - move to 00:11:881
00:12:326 (2) - move to 00:12:178 and extend one tick so it ends the same (00:12:772)

00:22:574 (2) - i would move this to 00:22:871 and shorten so it ends at the same time (00:23:465) (it follows the music atm, i just find this flows better)
00:22:574 (x) - if you did ^ add a note here?
00:24:653 (1,2) - same thing here

00:26:287 (1) - move to 00:26:138
00:28:069 (1,2,3) - move these each forward one tick (so (1) is on 00:28:217 and (3) is on 00:28:811) also spacing issue here
00:29:257 (4) - move to 00:29:405
00:29:405 (5) - move to 00:30:000
00:30:297 (6,7,8) - move ahead 2 ticks so (6) is on 00:30:594
00:31:633 (1) - move to 00:31:485
00:32:227 (2) - move to 00:32:376
00:32:821 (4) - move to 00:32:970
00:34:306 (1) - move 1 tick ahead to 00:34:455
00:37:871 (3) - maybe move to 00:38:019
00:39:356 (4) - move to 00:39:207 and extend so it ends the same. also new combo?
00:40:396 (5) - extend one tick so it ends at 00:40:990
00:41:435 (6) - move to 00:41:584 and extend one tick so it ends at 00:42:178
00:42:475 (7) - move to 00:42:772 and extend 1 tick so it ends at 00:43:366 ?
00:46:188 (1) - move ahead 1 tick to 00:46:336
00:48:267 (2) - move back one tick to 00:48:118
00:48:712 (3) - end one tick earlier (00:49:306)?
00:54:504 (1) - move forward so it starts at 00:54:653
00:55:544 (2,3,4) - make them like this?
00:57:623 (5) - move back to 00:57:326 ? if you do that make it end at 00:57:623
00:57:920 (x) - if you do ^ add a note here?
00:58:069 (1) - move forward to 00:58:217 and end it at the same time (00:59:108)
00:59:554 (2) - move to 00:59:405
01:00:148 (1) - start it at 01:00:297 so it ends at 01:00:891
01:01:188 (1) - start it at 01:01:485 and have it end at 01:02:079
01:05:049 (x) - do something like this?
01:08:465 (3) - move to 01:08:613 ?

01:11:732 (3) - move to 01:11:881
01:11:881 (4) - move forward 2 ticks to 01:12:178 and shorten 1 tick so it ends at 01:13:366
01:14:108 (5) - move forward 1 tick to 01:14:257
01:21:386 (2) - extend it so it ends at 01:21:980

01:23:910 (3) - move forward to 01:24:059 and end the same (01:24:950)
01:25:990 (x) - do something like this?01:30:148 (1) - move to 01:30:000
