Just a quick tip: check your AiMod every once in a while, it says most of the stuff modders don't to get it ranked.

Insane Difficulty(osu!standard)
AiMod Conflicts

00:03:229 Try replacing this with just a normal circle. It will doom everyone playing to a 100, which will make everyone going for an SS hate you.
00:40:471 Try replacing this with a slider, connecting the note before the spinner to the one after it, in place of the spinner here.
00:51:690 (que the lenny) and 00:52:078 fix the sliders to fit with the BPM, AiMod doesn't like whatever you did to those sliders XD
Add a preview point. (Go to where you want the preview of the song to start, click "Timing" and click "Preview Point") You will have to add the preview points for every one.
Gameplay Suggestions

Make the Circle Size 5 instead of 6. CS of six in any map is basically overboard.
Make the Approach Rate 7. An AR of 6 with confuse the player rhythm-wise.
Space 00:02:195 out from 00:02:453 so people don't get confused.
The jump from 00:04:264 to 00:04:393 is a bit big compare to the rest of the stuff in the measure. Try making the end point of the slider (00:04:264) closer to 00:04:393.
00:07:496 This circle and the two after it are confusingly close to the three circles before it. Try moving it a comfortable distance so that the player can use the spacing as a sign that the gap is bigger then the other ones.
00:08:531 These three notes are very close together, making a player thinking the notes are closer together time-wise. Space the circles out so that the edges touch, like your other triplets.
00:09:307 Move this up a bit.
00:12:022, 00:12:087 and 00:12:152 need to be closer together so players can react.
00:14:091 Move this up three spaces and right about 3 spaces. (IF YOU WANT)
Try separately pairing 00:15:255 and 00:15:384 away from the notes before it and after it.
Horizontally flip 00:15:975 and move it down a bit.
Move 00:16:807 and the next two circles up a bit.
Move 00:17:841 away from the notes before it and away from it.
Move 00:24:824 to the left about 7 spaces.
Move 00:27:022 and 00:27:152 closer to 0:26:634
Move 00:32:583 to the centre to hint that a spinner is coming up.
Pair 00:37:626 with 00:37:755 away from the circles before and after it.
Move 00:38:660 the same distance from 00:38:790, but at the top instead.
Move 00:39:695 the same distance from 00:39:824, but at the left-hand side instead.
End the slider at 00:39:824 halfway, at 00:40:083.
Aim the end-point of 00:41:117 down more, but stretch it out another beat to go with the song.

Move 00:54:048, 00:54:178 and 00:54:307 up around 7 spaces.
Move 00:55:083 away from the notes before it and away from it. Also make it snapped to the BPM
Move 01:02:065 a bit to the right
I honestly can't do any more tonight. I've been modding this one beatmap for an hour and a half and I can't take anymore. Most of the rest of level is copy and paste, so hopefully you can connect the pieces and just finish it yourself.

Also, if you want, I can do a difficulty around "Another" or "Extra", if you want it. I'm also open to "Hard" or "Hyper" and I've been proven to be able to make good levels on easier difficulties, so basically I can make anything for you if you want, but only in osu!standard.
