Basically, it would be nice to have an option that will show all beatmaps that you have a score on below your average accuracy.

Example: Bob's accuracy is 83%.

Bad Apple! [Lunatic]: 100% (not shown)
Tutorial: 0% (shown)
U. N. Owen Was Her?: 99% (not shown)
Hare Hare Yukai [Easy]: 45%: (shown)

I thought this too when I was going through maps trying to improve my accuracy

Arranging by rank was the best solution I came up with
Or just a way to sort by accuracy might work too? (assuming you can't do this now...haven't played in ages)

You can't sort by accuracy in-game due to server load and such (this has been requested over and over and over again). The best you can get is sorting by rank (aka letter grade) and improving those.
