Hi all! I'll be hosting the top 10 voting for this year. Vote for the 10 players who are the most skilled in your opinion for osu!, Taiko, Catch the Beat, and osu!mania! I'll do my best to keep the explanation as concise as possible. No fancy banners this year unfortunately Dx

How to vote:

1. god player

Rules:

1) You can only vote if your account was created before 1st of August, 2015.

2) You are NOT allowed to vote for yourself.

3) You are only allowed to vote for players with a Malaysian flag. ***unless they are widely known as Malaysian but has changed their flag for convenience, like Sern888 and Sillyveon.

4) Anyone with any country flag can vote.

5) It's encouraged but optional to write 1 or 2 lines to describe your reason to vote for a player. (what are they good at, why did you vote for them?) It's perfectly OK to just list 10 names.

6) Please do not vote for anyone who hasn't played anything at all in 2015.

7) You do not have to vote for 10 players if you don't know enough good players. You need to put at least 3 names though to ensure fairness and balance.

8) Please vote based on scores and plays set in 2015. For example if a player was #1 in Malaysia in 2008 but has already quit the game in 2011, for goodness' sake do not vote for him. SCORES SET IN 2015. PERFORMANCE IN 2015.

Results/Calculation method:


I'll keep it short. #1 gets 10 points, #2 9 points and so on. Points are totalled up. Highest wins.

Peraturan:

1) Anda hanya dibenarkan mengundi jika akaun anda dibuat selepas 1 Ogos 2015.

2) Anda dilarang mengundi diri anda sendiri.

3) Hanya mengundi untuk pemain yang mempunyai bendera Malaysia di profil. ***KECUALI kes istimewa seperti Sern888 dan Sillyveon, yang memang merupakan rakyat Malaysia tetapi telahpun menukar bendera bagi kemudahan sendiri

4) Sesiapa pun boleh mengundi di benang ini termasuk pemain dari luar negara.

5) Anda digalakkan (tidak semestinya) menulis penerangan/justifikasi yang pendek tentang sebab-sebab anda mengundi untuk sesuatu pemain.

6) Jangan mengundi untuk sesiapa yang tidak bermain langsung/tidak menghasilkan skor dalam tahun 2015.

7) Anda tidak perlu menyenaraikan 10 orang pemain jika tidak mampu mengenali 10 pemain baik untuk sesuatu mod. Walaubagaimanapun, anda perlu menyenaraikan sekurang-kurangnya 3 nama pemain supaya undian seimbang.

8) Sila mengundi berdasarkan skor yang dibuat pemain dalam tahun 2015. Sebagai contoh, jika pemain tersebut merupakan pemain #1 dalam Malaysia pada tahun 2008 tetapi sudah berhenti bermain dalam tahun 2011, tolonglah guna otak sikit, jangan mengundi untuk dia. TENGOK SKOR YANG DIBUAT DALAM 2015. PRESTASI PEMAIN 2015.

(Tidak kira mana-mana mod, banyak skor tidak memberi PP yang menunjuk kesukaran sebenar sesuatu lagu, oleh itu banyak skor tidak akan muncul di 'Top Ranks' di profil pemain, anda boleh mencari semua itu di sini!)



Kaedah pengiraan mata/skor:


#1 memperoleh 10 mata, #2 9 mata dan sebagainya. Mata diperoleh setiap pemain dijumlahkan. Tinggi yang menang.

Unfortunately I have received only 6 taiko votes and 9 ctb votes, and that's way too few to work with for any sort of video, so I'll just work on standard and mania top 10. Receiving SO FEW votes even when I put in so much effort to advertise this thread..I guess players from these two modes are just not interested to work with me this year, and that's ok!!

how about a Korean player, but is living in Malaysia and having a Malaysian Flag?
does he/she is eligible in the votes?
From my knowledge, he will change his/her flag later in the future because he will be going back to his/her hometown.

Well I'm not really know about the player's skill. I can list only a few, so don't beat me >.<

1. xsrsbsns (No need of description, pure god xD)
2. ffstar0716 He's a *Mouse-only* player, and he's really amazing >.< Of course I've seen him in action
3. Rampax Actually I see Rampax more in action, and I think he deserves it xD
4. Gon Don't really know about his skills, so... xD
5. ClawViper Same reason as Gon's lol

And of course there're other players that I didn't list here cause I'm really didn't see their plays lol

I don't really know how to voting tho... Just erm.. throwing the names I know out from my mind? :D

Well apparently ranks do not truly reflect a player's skill level and consistency. People can just pp farm and get into top ranks while being unable to play hard maps or perform in multiplayer. Hence this voting is for the players to vote for the top 10 of their own choice based on what they've seen, not based on their rankings.

Alright.

osu!std:
1) xsrsbsns – Undisputed #1, even though he mainly plays with HR mod, he's equally as amazing in all other mods and has carried the Malaysian team in the OWC on many occasions, truly a god.
2) Gon – Amazingly consistent player also, FCed everything in match against Mexico in OWC, and has carried for many other matches. Balanced player, being able to play all mods, and especially like that very accurate snap that I saw in spec LOL
3) Rampax – Fastest improving player in 2015 and also literally fastest player in the country for now. Able to read high AR and play high BPM very comfortably and has made godly scores. Gangsta DT pass is damn impressive.
4) ClawViper – Very consistent player in HDHR, HR or HD mods and has set scores with very impressive accuracy, and also a good leader of the team when it comes to multiplayers.
5) TequilaWolf – Godly stamina and consistency, able to FC my Night of Knights with 99% accuracy and <100 UR holy shit. And one of the 3 players in the country to FC anime medley, and with >99% accuracy. Very good in HD and nomod and still can set good scores in HR and DT.
6) Amane- - Godly accuracy and able to make impressive plays with HD. And is amazingly consistent in multiplayer too, has also carried the team in nomod and HD bracket in OWC on many occasions.
7) ffstar0716 – Really underranked player, deserves higher rank for being able to read low AR maps while still being able to set scores with various mods. That Eye of Aeon HD FC with 1x 100 is really very impressive, and on top of that is our mouse-only player, so it adds even more to his already impressive profile.
8) Ex6TenZ – Another amazingly consistent player, carried the team in the freemod bracket in the match against Norway in OWC, and also another all-rounded player being able to play various mods and nomod.
9) caleb123456 – Another fast player besides Rampax, able to pass difficult songs such as Call me it and Toumei Elegy albeit with bad accuracy, but still being able to pass itself is already good enough.
10) Rumia- - Watched the OMWT match last year, amazingly consistent in nomod and HR, but now more of nomod than HR.

I'm honestly not good at describing players, but here's my vote, with some descriptions.
1. xsrsbsns - Being able to play both the mods, DoubleTime and Hard Rock very well, he has proved to be on of the best in the world. His DoubleTime skill alone should be able to grant him the spot on #1, with his amazing aim, but then, his Hard Rock scores are even more incredible, without a doubt, he's #1, and he probably will be #1 in the next year.
2. Rampax - Coming into the scoreboards out of nowhere in the year of 2015, he has set many DoubleTime scores, and he has proven to be the fastest Malaysian player.
3. ClawViper - Having very good aim, and being very good at getting accuracy at even OD 10, he is one Malaysia's best Hard Rock players. And he is also quite good at DoubleTime too.
4. sprItzEr - Having the ability to play with many map styles, sprItzEr is a player who's also quite an all-rounder. Nuff' said.
5. Gon - Gon is a solid player, who excels in DoubleTime, Hard Rock and nomod.
6. TequilaWolf - He is a solid nomod player, with amazing aim, as seen with his score on Hatsune Miku - Atama no Taisou [Nogard]. He is good at streaming too, being able to stream, both low BPM, and high BPM really well.
7. caleb123456 - Becoming less active in 2015, he still makes some crazy DoubleTime scores.
8. Amane- - Being one of the best HD players in Malaysia, and one of the most consistent players in multiplayer.
10. Rumia- - I don't know what to say about him, except that he's an excellent nomod player, and an excellent HR player too, really godly aim.
10. AkoSuminoe - He is a player who wants to always get 99% accuracy on most AR 8 DT maps. While most of his top ranks are TV Size, his consistency is not to be underestimated, for he can FC some long maps, and still maintain good accuracy. Asides from that, he has some really nice stream control on low BPM. His streaming stability is demonstrated on maps such as Night of Fire.

I don't even know what I'm writing. Throw me off a cliff if you want.

1. Sern888 - No explanation needed. One of the best mania players around. Able to adapt to most keymodes. Also mwc 4k carry
2. Sillyveon - Close second here. Amazing at 7k and also solid on 8k. Doesn't mean he can't play other keymodes.
3. LongGone - Scary player. Great at 7k, 8k as well as 4k I don't know about 5/6/9 oops
4. [MY]Idiot - How 2 FL
5. Zyuan - Great all rounder. Nice scores on a lot of maps
6. Seyren95 - Strong 4k player while also having skills to 7k
7. KagaNyan - Solid 4k. Also able to play other keymodes without too much problem
8. HunterproX - Good 7k player. Also not shabby at 4k dat wanderlust comeback wow
9. Gon - Gone to std mode but still had impressive scores for a few mania maps for 2015

This year, is kinda hard for me to choose IMO coz of CWC performances and some few non top 10 m'sian players are making their way up to the ranks (good job guys). Eitherway, this is my voting based on what I've observed for this year. Enjoy.
Top 10 Malaysian CTB players 2015 nominees~!

1. Shadow Fear
--> Malaysian CWC 2015 Team captain and our hard carry player that carries our team until the Quarterfinals in the lower bracket. A very strong player who can play HR, DT, HD and NoMod on any high level maps. His skills and experiences playing Catch the Beat for a long time have made him one of the best players in the world despite the current ranks. --> Another strong player beside Shadow Fear. Also able to play NoMod, HD, HR and DT on high level maps. Also a veteran player besides Shadow Fear that has the skills and the experiences to achieve higher rank in the world ranking.

3. Future_miku95
--> The most determined HD player in Malaysia. The enormous number of his top plays in the country ranking shows how high his determination on making a good gameplay of the maps that he had played up until now. His first involvement in CWC is probably one of his greatest achievement that he got.

4. QHideaki13
--> Another veteran player that never loses his CTB skills. A HR powerhouse player in which I can't even beat him in that mod up until now. His full support on HR mod plays during CWC shows how capable he his on supporting our CWC team especially on that mod in particular.
One of the most respectable friends I had right now and seriously, I'm extremely grateful to have him as my friend.

5. Miharu a.k.a. Suzu
--> Currently holding the #1 spot in CTB Malaysian ranking, his overall performance throughout the year is surprisingly improved. Playing a very high level maps shouldn't be a problem for him. I want to meet you IRL ;w;

6. murutattack
--> A good CTB player and mapper. Can play TAG4 maps with high scores. A good friend of mine. :>

7. Xanus a.k.a. lil boi
--> One of the most underrated player in Malaysian (shots fired). Recently, he was able to pass maps with an approach rate of 9 with DT. Soon-to-become CTB racecar senpai. :P

8. XiaoShiro a.k.a. kkc
--> DT masta. A very shy person in my opinion owo

9. [Maid] NekoRyo
--> Another HD player besides future_miku. Your HD skills is way better than me ;w;

10. Mamisorou
--> One of few players that I've noticed their improvement throughout the year. Can't wait to see him among the top Malaysian CTB players and possibly getting into top 10 Malaysian in the performance ranking.
