So after a failed attempt to create a Top list for CtB before the summer, i will restart this process, with more structure, and more rules. Simple, right?
Now i set a vote limit!
* Voters should choose 7 players and also 1 player for each Mod Specialists.
* When 20 people have voted on the thread, we will start counting the votes.
* Voters can edit their vote post until the end session of voting phase, if there are any edited posts after that, the votes won't be counted.
* Voters cannot choose the players that already inactive more than 3 months, banned, and voter theirselves. The vote will not be counted.
* Voters cannot vote the player more than once.
*And yeah, dont vote yourself!
* To vote a specializt, remember that that person MUST be by your top 7 choices!
*Azeidith have marked himself as "inactive" on his userpage (#2 norway). Do not add him, as his wish SHALL be respected. Counts for him will get wiped.
This is how the video will turn out in idea:
#7-5: One replay is shown
#4-3: Two replays is shown
#1-2: Three replays is shown
#3-2: One commentary from a commentator will be overlapped on the replay.
#1: Two commentaries from two different commentators will be overlapped on the replay
Before voting:
Remember that this is the point system i will use:
#1 = 20p
#2 = 18p
#3 = 16p
#4 = 14p
#5 = 12p
#6 = 10p
#7 = 8p
For mod Specs, it will basicly go to the one with most votes, no point system needed there. (as you can only vote for 1 per mod)
