Wouldn't it be nice if there some kind of program that would let you understand what the others are saying?

Let us say you are in the #japanese channel, then there is this "program" that would translate everything they say into English. Isn't it nice?

I don't know if there is pros and cons for this, but I would like things to stay the same. What I mean is, if #japanese is only for Japanese language then it should. I would just like that there would be a program that would translate everything they into English. Just like Google Translator. So, that's all :)

Has been reqeusted and denied before
The implementation of the licences for this cost much money --> too expensive
Also, Google Translate is terrible
Oh, also, language channels are language specific, not for one who doesn't speak that language
