Patterns like 00:18:621 - ~ 00:20:169 -, 00:24:814 - ~ 00:26:363 - 01:38:943 - ~ 01:40:492 - are extremely difficult especially with the double-scratch mechanics of osu!mania. Maybe you can layer less patterns in these sections, or map more notes like jacks to make it a lot easier to play the scratches.
00:28:298 (28298|0,28298|3,28395|5,28395|0,28492|0,28492|3,28588|5,28588|0,28685|3,28685|0) - Is a bit tricky, maybe
Layering at 01:34:492- ~ 01:36:040 - is a bit odd.
01:42:234 - to 01:43:782 - I actually think this pattern plays very well, you should do patterns like this throughout the map to make it a lot easier for the scratch jacks (putting in other jacks).
