Please double-check the keyframe, there's some lots of unused keyframe. You have to delete the unused keyframe, otherwise this beatmap is run poorly for bad PC. You have to remove it, like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/28365.

Kai time is currently not the same in all difficulties. They look fine to me.
Average Joe difficulty uses a combo colour of white instead of yellow like the other 2 difficulties + doesn't look nice during kiai time I'll fix that.
