I want to make a skin with this type of sliders

take your actual hitcircle and rename it to 'hitcircleoverlay-0'
then make the hitcircle and hitcircleoverlay-file blank. done.
Ecarnage
If you have a little photoshop experience, merge the hitcircleoverlay.png with hitcircle.png then save it as hitcircle-overlay-0 maybe you can even color it.
then leave the hitcircle and hitcircleoverlay blank as you can see upside..

sorry some words are turkish, i had some turkish guide about skinning, i took the pictures from there. sorry :?
it says "result image"

than?!? .-.

here's how it works:

1. Copy paste your hitcircle and your hitcircleoverlay
2. Name the hitcircle into sliderstartcircle
3. Name the hitcircleoverlay into sliderstartcircleoverlay
4. Copy paste the blank image and name it into sliderendcircle

NOTE: It works in Cutting Edge ver. and Stable ver. (not the fallback one)

and from what Ecarnage said before, you should change your skin.ini given below:
HitCircleOverlayAboveNumber: 1

using hitcircleoverlay-0 is different from what i have stated the instructions above. it will be fade if you use HD mod and it will be 1 color only if you use hitcircleoverlay-0
