[confirmed] "Snow Storm" when the game is minimized in fullscreen

Problem Details: If the game is minimized enough time the snow effect will go crazy and almost fill the screen, also decreasing fps's

This doesn't seem to be happening to me at the moment. I'm wondering if it could be caused by something related to an issue where the cursor trail is much bigger for a time (depending on how long did you have osu! minimized).

Edit: Well, I just got it, as well as the cursor trail problem.

I've had this happens regularly when maximizing the game after it's been minimized to the tray for an extended period of time. Confirming.
