Another thing you might consider is skipping this beat 00:23:016 - just to make it feel less cluttered. Eh I haven't messed with that prospect too much. Also the combo is a bit long compared to the other combos in the difficulty.
00:25:126 (2) - Not sure what you're going to do with this in the above mod, but you should probably adjust the shape to complement the round slider after it. It's kind of ugly the way you currently have it. If you take this suggestion, apply same idea here 01:27:001 (2,3) -
00:31:923 - As a note in general, where you start your combos changes from the start of this part compared to end of this section. It's not a terribly big deal.
00:35:204 (5,2) - The overlap here just bothers me so much. If you can get it these objects in the same place, then I think it will look much better.
00:54:423 (1,2,3) - This part breaks the pattern consistency you were keeping with the music. Up until here you always accentuated the first two sliders in somewhat symmetrical way. Here the first two sliders are disconnected in their shapes and flow. I don't agree with the pairing you made with 3, which should have been made with the first slider. Not to mention the unusual angle that the latter two sliders are positioned.
01:04:735 - Maybe whistles every other tick. It's better than nothing?
01:56:298 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - I think this could be cleaner? i'm thinking rotating the slider further away from 01:54:423 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - might look better.
01:58:173 (3,4,5,6,1) - I think the flow is lacking here. Also you didn't need to change spacing in the first kiai. There is no need to change spacing.

Is it intentional that you don't have any claps until 00:21:141 -?
I'm not sure if you realize it. This difficulty tends to shift between 0.9 and 0.95 plus spacing quite a bit. Although I guess 0.9 is a tad too short for my taste and that's why I think the parts where the spacing is marginally wider feel more pleasant. If you end up seeing a part that seems to have spacing shifts around, consider trying to make it consistent. It might even be better if you chose the decimal spacing over forcing more patterns to use 0.90.
00:01:923 (1,2,3) - I wanted to mention this in my first mod and talked myself out of it. I don't like how this combo doesn't have any coherency at all. I think it makes sense to make 1 a similar shape as other sliders in the combo and start the combo somewhere on the left area of the screen and transition over to the right. It's weird when you start a map and immediately send the player into the edge of the screen.
00:13:407 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1) - Another example of noticeable spacing inconsistency. It starts out with 0.9 and then by the end it's 0.95 - 1.0

01:11:532 (1,2,3,4,5) - Compared with the first version of this part, I find this open approach nice. The 5 blanket seems slightly out of place given the surrounding shapes, but the flow is good.
