Quite honestly, I feel like this diff is too hard to be called Oni. nonetheless, it does definitely degrade from the Inner Oni, which is the diff I used as a difficulty guideline. This is why the spread between Muzukashii and Oni will not be good.
I advise you to have the Muzukashii buffed a little, so that the spread will be evened out a bit. There is not really anything I can do to nerf the Oni to an extend that doesn't harm the spread between Oni and Inner Oni.

About this ones I left those behind with the intention to do a better emphasys on the sound that is mapped there, there is some sort of break into the music and I wanted to use it as a clear indicator of a break. I did that thinking that the diff might be too hard with those LNs but I feel they really arent considering the spread from other diffs.

- I think you should decrease the OD for Gekido-'s 5K Annihilation To 8.7 the map has types of patterns where it will be too difficult for the intended player to play this
[Gekido-'s 5K Annihilation] - 00:19:139 (19139|4,19232|3,19326|4,19420|3) - These ln streams kinda feel off to hit, maybe you can move the ones on col4 to like 2 it felt more natural when i hit them
- 00:30:014 - Maybe for that ''voom voom'' sound you can add mini lns to it? i think it would even give the chart more consistency
- 00:36:764 - Maybe here you can add more mini lns for the sound, the ln thing you added didn't feel right for some reason while playing it and now that i looked in the editor it's missing lns to the sound
- 00:40:139 (40139|2,40232|2,40232|1) - This is really uncomfortable to hit while facing those streams, i suggest changing the jack from middle to to index or ring probably would suit it more

It isn't inconsistent, this is the end of the map, and I intend for the ending to be more difficult, similar to the BMS charts. there is literally nothing wrong with using quintstreams here, this type of pattern shouldn't be limited to 4k with quadstreams.

I noticed about that sound that is not really solid but it might be set as a double note in every 1/4 red snap from 00:13:701 - here to 00:23:826 - here. NOTE: If you make this mod, you might need to make the next red snaps triple notes (I'm not really down for the idea of making double notes the first part, but I'm just giving ideas that could might help making this chart somewhat equal density wise.
