Normal:

03:01:770 (1) - there is a cymbal sound in this part of the song, so my suggestion is you remove this spinner and add some notes.

04:40:437 (1) - you should silence the end of this spinner.

i made a very light strobe at the beginning of the kiai times to add a little more epicness but not overdue the strobe.

So yeah it is a rather light one.

My thoughts:

1:25:437 (1)- Having music followed by "I met" while still on the same slider is somewhat confusing; I was anticipating a new slider for that and jumped ahead.

1:47:104 (1)- Similar to above, I expected [word that sounds like "would"- I can't actually tell] to be its own note instead of the end of the same slider.

Other than that, I thought it was quite intuitively and well mapped! Take a well-deserved star. And make sure to create a TV version someday to utilize that nice ending theme from the anime.

Timing Check

Adjust nearby sections to these

00:16:438 - BPM 91.5
00:19:074 - BPM 90.5
00:20:404 - BPM 90
00:21:767 - BPM 90.6 I'm pretty sure this is correct.

Really unsure about the section after that. 90 BPM and the set offset for the majority of the song seems right.

hi there again

timing check by me and TVO:

00:00:480 - bpm 91,250
00:08:379 - bpm 89,200
00:16:440 - bpm 91
00:19:081 - bpm 90

00:27:090 - bpm 90
03:07:075 - bpm 90
03:28:421 - bpm 90

well there is still parts that would look a bit off, i just ignorated some "human mistakes"

i'll check the timing again ASAP

and you should ask for other good timers opinion

04:39:087 (9) - move the 2nd curve point to x296 y224 ?
04:40:420 (10) - Consider adding a NC on this spinner.

00:23:747 (1) - i think it should e like that:
........
00:33:340 (3) - move to red tick
01:14:090 (1) - like this:

1st curve point x304 y160
2nd curve point x336 y104
3rd curve point x296 y64
4th curve point x256 y48
5th curve point x216 y64
6th curve point x176 y104
7th curve point x208 y160
........

I mapped until the end. Still rough around the edges in areas, but if you want to go for mods, it's safe to ask.

I will try to fix things when I find the chance.
TheVileOne
Okay. I got my difficulty in a more finalized state.

While I was doing that I updated an offset.

03:15:093 - Changed offset of this to 03:15:099 -

01:17:756 - drag break time to 01:17:089 - This is intended as a personal preference. There is no harm to it anyway.

you can find rule about this, there => http://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria
like this :

Hitcircles must never be hidden under slidertracks. Whether a hitcircle is partially or completely under a slidertrack, it is confusing for the player to read. Insane difficulties are the only exception to this rule.
nowadays, i sometime see that this rule broken in hard diff, and i think that's okay in hard diff, too.
but normal diff is not.....

This only applies when hitcircles are under the tracks of sliders. It should be fine when hitcircles are under hitcircles that create the slider; numerous Easy and Normal difficulties do that. Nonetheless my map is still undergoing changes and this may not apply to it anymore.
TheVileOne
I made some changes. However more dramatic changes will require modder opinion.

Very enjoyable map
A small mod: hard
00:26:099 (8) - move to x:344 y:280
00:26:267 (9) - move to x:384 y:248
00:26:436 (10) - move to x:408 y:208
00:26:942 (13) - move to x:408 y:72
00:27:090 (14) - move to x392 y:32, also dont make this as the start of the combo, use the next beat instead for that
This should give it a somewhat smoother feeling, I felt like the original curve and the next combo togeather just felt a bit akward with the opposite curves
