I need a bit of Kudosu, so i'm opening a queue.
HERE ARE THE RULES!
1. Only Pending maps, no WIP's (exception for friends.)
2. Do NOT post if you see 3 requests already there after my last post. Not following this rule will result in ignoring. HOWEVER, posts after the second ignored post get blacklisted for just ignoring rules. (friends and rechecking excepted)
3. Maps must have SP from at least 3 people other than yourself (Friends excepted)
5. One map per person per session-- that is between my posts (friends excepted)
6. Blacklist lasts until i feel like it. after a random period of time, i'll do a blacklist dump, so everyone will be back in.
7. I have the rite to ignore any post if i dislike the one posting or the song said person posted.
8. I may also have a perma-blacklist for people who disregard rules or annoy me a lot.
9. I do not mod bubbled maps.
10. my priority is by SP.
11. My stars are only given out to well-made maps
12. i mod any amount of diffs (excluding taiko and ctb) unless it's some really ridiculously big one like james' DDR thingie
13. NO MAPS WHICH YOU DON'T NEED MODDING AND YOU JUST WANT TO SUCK A STAR OUTTA ME! ITS SO ANNOYING GOING THROUGH A WELL-MADE MAP WITH NO FLAWS FOR 10 MINUTES TO JUST SAY 'nothing wrong. star~'
14. no maps under 120 bpm after i almost fell asleep during one modding set of all bpm 90-100 (this rule is somewhat flexible) [friends excepted to some extent]
15. and so forth... did you notice there's no rule 4?

ANOTHER EDIT: i will make exceptions to any rule for mod4mod
EDIT, THE SEQUEL: the following get priority over all: Touhou-related, Nightcore, any actual song i have heard

ALSO, I HATE K-ON AND I WILL NEVER MOD IT NO MATTER WHAT INCLUDING MOD4MOD (but friends can be modded because they're friends XD)
