Nope, there's no limit.
But to get them ranked, the drain time should be at least one minute.

Regarding the length, as far as I'm aware, unless it's changed recently, the hard limit is it has to be AT LEAST 30 seconds long. There's no upper limit, but if it has more than 5 minutes worth of drain time, you are not required to create a difficulty spread for it to be rankable.
