The reason some of the parts are not on the white lin ie because of the different snapped sections.

I feel as though this song would fit perfectly as 1/4ths, shouldn't stress yourself out with 1/8ths. Just pointing it out.
This map seems REALLY generic at the beginning.
Lay out some different patterns? Maybe zig zag some more?

Bump up grid a level to gain more precision with spacing.

Everything after the third break is either hitsounded so that it's hard to follow the beat, or doesn't follow the beat.

I was so lost playing this map with what beat it's actually following.
I'm not modding this diff. IMHO, remap or drop.

Shouldn't the arrows switch directions for reverse sliders?

Cluttering... All these arrows and stuff, along with the hitburst, make it difficult to see the pointer in streams.

Timing BPM 165.07 Offset 9085

Doesn't fit towards the end when the rhythm changes to 1/3rd. Patching it at 36539 seems to resolve the issues for now, but I can't help feel that there's a better adjustment there.


Meme's Normal

Make sure you fix the timing before you implement these ideas. Afterward determine for yourself which things I say still apply to the change. Respond back and I'll recheck.

00:13:288 (3,1) - This transition doesn't play right to me. Considering this is the easiest difficulty. IT will probably be an easy combo breaker to noob players who don't know its coming. How about follow distance snap like you did for the rest of the map. You don't need to have a jump there.

00:36:887 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Too hard for a Normal and your easiest difficulty. No beginner will even come close to hitting those 1/3rd notes. I think you should reduce all the sliders to a 1/3rd in length.

00:36:524 (1,2) - These you can make to look like this if you want or 2 can retain its full length.

Hey there :)

  1. Your offset sounds very late. Try using Offset: 8,899. It sounds perfect to me.
  2. I would remove the dot by Dance Dance Revolution in the source. It's a tiny thing, but it was bugging me :P
  3. That background is very low resolution. It doesn't look too good. Unfortunately I couldn't find a better version of the BG you have, so I can't help here. It might be a good idea to find a better looking image to use as a background. Remember, you don't necessarily HAVE to use a background related to Tsugaru. You could use find a generic background to go with it (An anime background wouldn't fit for this song though, so I wouldn't put one of those in).
[MEME'S NORMAL]

00:47:718 (3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - These don't sound right to me. It sounds off beat. It might seem like it comes in early, but I don't think it does. I would move all of these 1/6 forward (All of them should be on the white ticks).

...and from here on in (01:11:355 to the end) the beat timing goes wrong. From here pretty much everything is sitting in the wrong place, like you changed the BPM and didn't rearrange the beats. I can't mod much while it's like that. If it isn't supposed to be like that, you should go through and clear it up. If it IS supposed to be like that, then it doesn't make much sense at all :(

[CATCH THE BEAT]

Delete that 165.35 timing section at around 0:31. the normal 165.00 BPM works just fine. This just makes the timing go wrong after this point.
You also have 3 165.00 BPM sections in the exact same spot. You don't need all those :P. So Delete 2 of them, since you only need 1 timing section on the same spot.

00:30:294 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - The beats go wildly out of time here, probably because of that 165.35 timing. You might want to rearrange them so they go where they are supposed to go.

As dodgy as the layout looks, I can see what you were doing. I don't know much about CtB though so I can't argue I guess.

[HORSE STOMPIN] (If you want proper grammar here, put a ' at the end, so the title should be " Horse Stompin' ")

Resnap all notes (even though you should use my timing so you should have already done this :D)

Because of those unsnapped notes, It's hard to determine what's wrong on the timeline, so I can't really mod this one.

[SANDER-DON'S TAIKO]

This has a wildly different Offset to the other diffs. You should make the offset for this the same as the offset used for the other difficulties.

This one felt alright (Ignoring the offset), until the final part of it, where it went downhill. I can't see how the reall fast 1/8 triples (like at 00:40:427) fit in. That, and the fast that doing dkd ddk kdd kind of patterns with them seems rather silly. I don't think they work personally. Apart from that, T'was not bad.

This is clearly a work-in-progress. You really should check every difficulty and make sure everything is as it should be, as there are a lot of beats here and there that are clearly where they shouldn't be. Either that, or remap it from scratch, but being more careful as to where you place your beats. Right now, this needs a lot of work. Good luck though :)

Hey, here's my mod. Green stuff can be ignored they are merely design opinions.

[General]:
  1. Preview times are different throughout the difficulties. Light and Standard are using 34967, while the other two are using 36539.
[animask's Light]:
  1. 00:30:603 (1) - End this spinner at 00:33:512.
  2. 00:34:967 - Add a note here. It feels weird having kiai started into nothing.
[Standard]:
  1. I will consider this difficulty as a Normal to Normal+ class for the purpose of the mod.
  2. Reduce AR by 1. The sliders are fairly fast and there is no reading difficulties so less skilled players have more time to react.
  3. 01:04:785 (2) - Start this slider on a red tick before. It follows the beat then. Keep the endpoint the same though (so this needs repositioning).
  4. 01:09:876 (1) - This spinner is fairly short, but that's ok. The problem is the note after it, it comes a bit too soon. I suggest something like this. The spinner at 01:06:967 (1) ends at 01:09:148 instead, and there is a slider and a circle following (the rhythm).
  5. 01:20:058 (1) - ^ Same reason. Replace this spinner with a slider+circle.
  6. 01:25:876 - Why not add a spinner just like in easy?
[Krisom's Heavy]:
  1. 00:13:330 (1) - This note is a bit off. Move it by 1 grid up and left to make a nice square with the rest of the pattern.
  2. 00:14:785 (1) - ^, just move it down and right by 1 instead.
