Situation in review, Sunday matches will continue as normal while I sort stuff out :)


Introduction


Me and a group of friends are looking at running a Tag Team Tournament in Osu. Each Country has a team of two players, it will be a knock-out tournament with a semis and grand finals for the top teams at the end.

Rules



1. Maps will be played in a 2 vs. 2 (TeamVs) format. Each player can ban 1 map from the pool. Maps will increase in difficulty as the tournament progresses.

2. All maps will be given a week in advance. No other maps can be chosen during the tournament (excludes warmup picks)

3. Maps are all played Freemod unless directed mods are given.

4. Any disconnect will result in a forfeit of the map being played.

5. One player from each team will use !roll to decide who picks the first map from the pool.

6. Maps cannot be repeated during the same match. The loser of the !roll will be the chooser of the Warmup map.

7. The Warmup map can be any map on Osu! provided it falls into the 4-5* OD range and is less than 4 minutes long.

8. If a Team is late to their game, they will have 5 minutes before the win is handed to the other player.

9. Bans are decided before the Map is Picked.

10. Consult the Judge with any queries on Rulings during a Match.

11.At Heart this is a just for Fun Tournament so make sure you have fun taking part :)

Nope, teams of two with the same nationality. We already have one Canadian Player so there's a nice space for you if you wanted to take part :)

Comment your Nationality and Osu username or pm me if you are interested. At the minute ranks range from about 5k to around 110k but as long as the teams are balanced we can make exceptions :p

The Map Pool Will be 4-5* All FreeMod
The Tournament will be played in the Team Vs Mode
Anyone Rank 5k-110k is allowed to compete (Yes I know it's broad)

There is a 28 player Cap on the tournament and currently 24 of those places are full.


We are now only looking for players to fill teams, if there is a space under your nationality you can still apply, if not I'm sorry you were too slow :p

If you could change it back to 28 and let me & noah bob in as part of Team canada #3 you would have a more even bracket, would that be possible? (or are 3 team Canada's too much?) i really want to join this tournament :D
