I can't really mod it but I can tell that there are very very few parts that don't quite sync and are mostly overmapping.

No, use the correct timing.

You'll be able to use 1/2 snap for the beginning then.
Last 3 sections are just there to correct the metronome (lines up the white ticks properly).

Well, from what I can see this map is almost an inhumane game mode that should be exorcised and banished to the deepest pit in Osu!Hell, yet I still enjoyed the madness so have a star and best of luck!

If you really did plan to make this unbeatable, why don't you increase the drain rate?

Oh Gods, even i can pass this, HP drain is low cz it is really hard. It's possible to pass, but impossible to FC =P

Nuclear Fusion:

Hi there n.n

Ok, first thing I noticed is that since the ball circle is black, and some approach circles are black, things get a little tricky and confusing. I'd suggest to use a different ball circle color, or maybe another custom combo color.

In second place, the black approach circles are sometimes confusing, because of the back ground. You can solve this either changing the background (though it's cool) or - changing the custom combo color.

After that, I should say that this is too insane for a human like me xD Only elite players might be able to play this, but that's just all right! n.n

Saw no other issues.
You have my star, cause this thingy has potential
