I'm not sure if highlight.png is a special effect or something, but it's not used either. Remove it after a confirmation. Same goes to x.png I couldn't find it in the .osb file!
Apparently, soft-hitwhistle9.wav is not being used in the hitsounds. normal-hitfinish74.wav neither. Please, check them!

soft-hitnormal is inaudible in the right ear compared to the left side. Try to fix that as it's unrankable (unless it's intentional).
01:02:027 (4) - (On Expert) This is unsnapped.
The colours you chose aren't bad, but they are a lot, so some of them might be irrelevant such as Combos (6) and (8) since they don't have that same impact as the other colours, and they somehow look similar to another one.

I understand your intention not to make an overlap along the 1/2 slider and the object after that, while keeping the distance 1.00x between the slider head and other objects. However anyways this pattern is technically a jump, and is something should be done highly intuitive especially for relatively low difficulties. The problem here is that the distance between the tail of 1/2 slider and the next object being too far. This placement is rather inconsistent among objects like 00:22:861 (2,1) or 00:27:861 (5,1,1), which can result in a potential confusion to players. - 00:48:139 (2) - Since the pattern changes here, consider NC. it looks like NC spam i think
- 01:04:250 - Reduce volume since there is no clear sound in the song. fixed patterning
- 01:25:639 (3,4) - Having a long spacing here didn't felt well along the music. (4) is something before the strong beat of (1), so making (3,4) closer while maintaining the large distance of (4,1) will have a better effect.
- 01:37:861 (3,4) - Obviously wrong distance snap.
Some large spacing objects felt a little exaggerated with the expected pace of the map for me.[Another]
- 00:18:695 (3,1) - Using the same pattern before (1,2) reduced the effectiveness of (1,2).
- 00:46:056 (2,3) - Rather (3,4) could be a nice jump spot, but (2,3) definitely didn't suit a jump.

- 01:04:667 (1) - Using a dark combo color with the dark background damages readability. Better use something else.
