some people do this "^", but if it has too many thumbs down it can be hidden due to userating, it an count as a spamtroll filter.
And if forum creaters don't like it, there can be just a option below to enable it, and disable it. It wouldn't be automatically checked in the box when making a forum. Just a box that says "Hide posts with low userating"
