Ehh... Offset sounds off... Maybe try 1,237? Also, shouldn't the louder parts use the normal set of hitsounds? I can barely hear the soft ones during those parts... Finally, even though it's obvious already, you need a difficulty that's 3 stars or less, blah blah blah...

Your mp3 is 320kbps, either find another one between 128-256kbps or check my sig.
Make sure every difficulty has a preview point
Normal and Hard have the same HP Drain/OD/AR? I would make them easier for Normal at least seeing as it is the easiest difficulty in the map

Normal:
00:11:354 (1) - remove new combo
01:41:829 (1) - end at same place as Hard and Insane

Hard:
00:31:888 (1) - remove new combo
00:56:835 (1) - would look better between 2 and 3

Insane:
nice

Ultimate's Princess:
00:07:099 (4,5) - don't really like jump here
00:17:993 (4,5) - ^
00:24:467 (4) - curve it more so it doesn't have that odd edge

Also the preview time on this diff is SLIGHTLY different from the ones on the other diffs. No big problem, but maybe worth fixing.

Last spinner in Easy, Hard and Insane:
Use Soft Sample there to make the volume at least a bit more quiet?

00:10:147 (1,2,1) - Tricky for two reasons, one because with short repeating sliders you can't see the extra repeats, and two because stacked notes are tough on newbies since the approach circles are obscured by the hitbursts.
01:16:461 (2) - Again, newbies will have problems with this.

01:34:778 (4) - ^

Hard
00:30:357 (1) - End this 1/2 sooner, it fits the music much better.
