Changing the song of the map (help!)

Hello everyone. I wanted to play one vocaloid cover but couldn't the version (utaite) I wanted. So I thought I would download another one and then just change the sound as the beat and so should remain the same. However, I couldn't find a way to do it and if I drag an mp3 file to osu! it starts to make a new map.

Is there a way to change soundtrack for an already made map?

Open the folder of the song
Look at the mp3's name
For example Song.mp3
Then rename your mp3 to Song.mp3 and replace them

Note, unless the offset of the songs is the same, it'll be insanely offbeat,
Changing it loses the map's ranked status however
