Yes.
Windows (default install location):
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\osu!\ on old computer
Copy Songs folder to USB/somewhere
Paste Songs folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\osu!\ on new computer
If the osu! folder doesn't exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\ try looking in C:\Program Files\

It could be on users\<username>\Appdata too, since, afaik, it's the default folder where osu! will be installed if you don't change the route.abalabahaha wrote:

Anyways, basicaly what abalabahaha said.
Also, there is a forum for questions and bug reports -> Help forum. Remember to post there next time if you have a technical question (not gameplay).
