Mainly you've used 2/1 snapping which is completely fine, but in most Kantans, you should have 4/1 break times about every 3-7 2/1 hits (3-7 is my personal opinion). This is especially important where you've used 1/1 snapping. I'll list some hits that you could delete to create rest periods. You've done a good job on matching the colours with the song, but rest points are essential to easier difficulties.

00:09:771 (13) - Remove for a break. The following suggestions are what I would remove, but you could remove different hits to whatever you think sounds better.

00:11:953 (17) - ^ More optional; you may be able to make a longer 2/1 pattern and be ok.

00:14:135 (21) - ^

00:16:317 (25) - ^ More optional, again.

00:18:499 (29) - ^

00:20:680 (33) - ^ This one I'd strongly recommend you to do, since 1/1 hits are coming up.

From 00:52:862 to 00:57:771 are good breaks. Use those as your reference to create break times.

Remember to add rest times in your kiai time as well, also starting at 01:23:953.

Futsuu

In general, the Futsuu to Oni difficulties are slightly too hard (as ManP mentioned as well :P). I'd recommend making them easier. I'll list some things to do that.

00:02:680 - Adding a d here would sound good.

00:26:680 - If I'm right, it's mainly the section from here to 00:35:408 that's raising the difficulty the most.

00:27:089 (75) - The 1.5/1 hits are fine, but I think they're used a bit too excessively. I'm guessing you wanted to keep rhythmic consistency. A good way to solve this problem is by making a 1.5/1 hit every 2 sections, not every section. Maybe try something like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3647274
Basically, I just moved every second 1.5/1 hit pattern forward by half a beat to make a regular 1/1. If you don't do this, I think it'd be really hard for Futsuu level players to do well in this area.

01:04:862 (5,6,7) - Change to k k k. In every other difficulty, this is comprised of k's while in the Futsuu it's different.

01:07:044 (12,13,14) - ^

01:11:408 (26,27,28) - ^

Muzukashii

In the beginning section, the Futsuu and Muzukashii are too similar. Try adding some hits where possible. If this makes it too similar to the Oni after those changes, then add hits in the Oni as well.

00:02:680 - Adding a d here would sound good, as mentioned in the Futsuu.

00:10:317 (28,29,30,31,32,33,34) - These 7 hit 1/2 rhythms are too long for the quiet part of the song. The difficulty gap between the beginning and the kiai time isn't very big. Try removing the middle hit to most of these 1/2 rhythms near the beginning, or make 5 hit rhythms instead.

00:26:680 - These 3/4 hits in this section are also used too frequently in this section. Similar to the Futsuu level, Muzukashii level will likely have a hard time dealing with the timing in this part. Try some different, easier rhythms with 1/1 and 1/2.

00:35:408 - Starting here up to 01:01:589, you once again use 7 hit 1/2 rhythms. Now here, it'd be more tolerable to use them but don't use them back to back at non-kiai times.

01:04:726 (320) - In most Muzukashiis, the biggest thing introduced is the 1/4 triplets. Try using them rather than only 1/2 rhythms. For example, I'd move this hit to 01:04:726 (320) and change it to a k. Then to compensate for the loss of the 7 hit 1/2 rhythm, you could add a d at 01:05:817. Something like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/3651787 Remember that you should still have frequent 1/1 rest periods.
I know [I]MMoRTal[S] mentioned that for high BPM you shouldn't have 1/4 hits, which is a completely valid opinion. However, personally I think that having 1/4 hits is better for a number of reasons. First, it helps Muzukashii level players practice their 1/4 rhythms. Second, the main argument for not having a 1/4 in high BPM is that it's too confusing. I think that if you make these 1/4 rhythms short and have sufficient rest periods, it should be fine (As I've suggested you to do). Third, people MUST use their main playing hand at a 1/2 speed if they want to hit 1/4 rhythms. If they cannot do that because of the speed, there would be NO WAY that they could hit long 1/2 patterns, unless they alternate hands for 1/2 patterns as well but even alternating is pretty hard, as they're equivalent to very very slow streams.

Oni

The main problem in this difficulty is once again the difficulty, but there weren't too many problems regarding it; mainly the gap between the Star Rating Muzukashii and the Oni is wayyyy to big compared to the Oni and Chaos Oni.

00:32:135 (207) - Change to k. It sounds better and it will match the Chaos Oni. Same at 00:34:317 (227).

00:35:408 - 1/1 Rest points are still very important at the Oni level, but used less frequently than a Muzukashii. You don't have a 1/1 rest point until 00:44:135, about 9 seconds which is VERY long. Remove 00:37:453 (256), 00:39:634 (277), and 00:41:816 (298). Even this might be a bit too long.

00:52:862 - Add hits in this section up to the kiai time. In this section the Muzukashii is harder than the Oni.

01:23:408 - Same thing from here to the end, there's a lack of break time. Remove some hits.

Chaos Oni

Rather than difficulty fixes, I'll be focusing on more technical suggestions.

00:09:839 - Add a d. I personally think you should transfer ALL the ddd triplets in the Oni to the Chaos Oni to keep consistency, or alternatively remove the ddd's from the Oni and have triplets in the difficulty where they would be consistent with the Chaos Oni.

00:21:226 (181,182,183,184,185,186,187,188,189,190,191,192,193,194,195,196,197) - This stream sounds similar to 00:25:589 (228,229,230,231,232,233,234,235,236). Maybe change to match it?

00:33:089 (303,304) - These two hits are questionable after having 4 1/4 patterns. Remove?

Well, there's some things I have to say about the streams, but they're honestly up to the creator so I didn't include them.
