eh.. there are so many rumors about beatmap flames\hearts, activity etc etc around so I'm wonder
Is there any up-to-date official information about BNG rules \ icons, mods requirements per month available?

Rules are still up-to-date. The only addition would be "qualify first - then set icon in thread" in case you hit the cap.

Activity is roughly the same as it has been in the manual system (1-2 ranks without any DQ and a few mods are more than enough). There have been some updates here. Overall, if you keep on modding maps and bubble/qualify maps that are of high enough quality and free of technical errors, you wont run into problems as soon as the realtime system is tweaked.
