There should be link provided to download in each skin thread
Search it carefully
There are two file types of skins, .rar and .osk
Just double-click the osk if you have downloaded
or if you downloaded a .rar skin, extract it and place it in Skins file of osu!

How do I access the skins file, I cant find it.
1.) Find osu! in desktop.
2.) Right click it and search for "open file location".
3.) Search for skins.
