Don't let the Volume Control Panel disappear on mouse-over.

When in osu!, pressing Alt and Scroll-wheel scroll will bring up the volume control panel. This panel will disappear even on mouse-over. My request is to NOT make it disappear.

When in-game on the other hand can leave it the same as it was, meaning that it can disappear so that it won't interfere with gameplay.

While your mouse is over the volume controls, you only need to scroll to change them. If you scroll every 2 or so seconds, the volume controls won't disappear. Doesn't sound really necessary to me.

I'm fine with it dissapearing after a few seconds if it hasn't been changed

That is the thing. Why do I have to change it every two seconds?

That is fine, but after it has been changed, and still on mouse-over, don't make it disappear.
