osu!mania International Tournament 2015

1) Organization

1. The tournament will start in October until November 2015
   
   
2. Registration phase: 1 August to 30 August 2015
   
   Live drawings: 3 October 2015 15:00 GMT+2
   
   Group Stage: 17 and 18 October 2015
   
   Round of 16: 24 and 25 October 2015
   
   Quarter final: 31 October and 1 November 2015
   
   Semi-final: 7 and 8 November 2015
   
   Final loser bracket: 14 and 15 November 2015
   
   Final: 21 November 2015
   
   
   
   

   2) Rules

   1. Mania International Tournament(MIT) is a double elimination tournament and a country team based
      
      
   2. The tournament is by team. Each country has only one team and each team will be composed of 5 players with 3 subs. Those 5 players have one k assigned and each team should find his 4k, 5k, 6k, 7k and 8k players
      
      
   3. The player can use FL, HD and Fade In but this is not obligatory
      
      
   4. Each key will have 5 beatmaps to play for each round
      
      
   5. The key played will be 4k, 5k, 6k, 7k and 8k
      
      
   6. The substitutes can replace each key they want
      
      
   7. The difficulties to the beatmaps will be Insane and higher
      
      
   8. The matchs will be played Saturday and Sunday
      
      
   9. A team with only 4 main players can authorize a player to play 2 key mode, the team can have also subs for save the team if a players is absent
      
      
   10. Each team should have a captain chosen by the team members
       
       
   11. The map selector aren't allowed to give the maps to teams before the date fixed by the staff, it's forbidden for every member of the staff and maps selector to advantage his country
       
       
   12. A captain can change a player to his team due to a problem with him until 17 October
       
       
   13. If no members to the staff are connected, the match will be postponed.
       
       
   14. Score will be based on keys won and not maps, the team won when reach a score to 3 keys won.
       
       
   15. A key is won when a team win 2 maps in this key.
       
       
   16. [The key will be selected by the captain, the both captains will roll and the captain who'll win the roll choose 1st and 3rd key played and the second captain will choose 2nd key, then 4th if after 3 key there's no winner.
       
       
   17. The subs are always the only players can subs every keys mode, not anymore mains are authorizes to change his key.
       
       
   18. MIT is compose to 5 maps in each mappool and both players will can each 1 map.
       
       
   19. The players need to be present if not a time will be put to 10 mins before win by default.
       
       
   20. The first four teams to each groups will pass in Round of 16
