I'll look over this stuff more in-depth later, but right off the bat, I noticed the LiteON Drive.

You get what you pay for with LiteON. It will most likely fail within a couple months. I definately suggest picking up one from a more reputable brand if you plan on using it for longer than just installing your OS.

Also, this is more personal preference, but I think you'd be better off with a GeForce GPU rather than Radeon. You can typically get more bang for your buck with an nVidia card right now.

Hijacking this topic. Now, find me a cheap Q9450(In stock), please. :<
Edit: Reporting me is pretty pointless. Also, the question was ignored.

Hard Drive

Hitachi 320 GB SATA- $490
At the moment in New Zealand, 320GB = 27c/GB, while 750GB = 24c/GB

May as well get a bigger one anyway? You (at least, me) tend to run out of space pretty quickly :P

If you're building a sexputer (with a good GPU) I would recommend getting a monitor with DVI support. Most (if not all) new monitors will support DVI, and if you're getting a new GPU it'll also likely have DVI.

Don't worry, it comes with Dual DVI support ;)

Since you're going for a LG drive, may as well buy one of the LG drives that can read Wii discs in case you ever get a Wii ;)
