한국에서 이번에 방학을 맞아 오스 공식 토너먼트를 열게 되었습니다.

Competition Format:
1v1 competition with a Judge present to record scores.
No mods allowed except for No Video.
대회 형식:
심판 존재하의 1:1 시합.
노비디오 이외의 모드 사용 금지.
Song Selection:
High seed gets first song choice, low seed selects the 2nd song.
In the result of a tie, the judge will select the 3rd song. Choice will be difference which round
Songs must be selected from a list generated by the Judges.
Ten songs will be selected 5 days before the start of the tournament.
If there are apparent problems with the selected song(s), they will be changed within 48 hours of the selection process after three of the list below agrees on it.

선곡:
높은 시드를 배정받은 선수가 첫곡을 선정하고 낮은 시드를 배정받은 선수가 두번째 곡을 선정합니다.
1:1인 경우 세번째 경기는 심판이 선곡합니다. 곡의 난이도는 (예선 2차전, 16강, 승자 8강, 패자 8강, 패자 4강 hard), (예선 1차전 노말 기준), (나머지 경기는 전부 각 곡의 가장 어려운 난이도 기준) 입니다.
선곡은 항상 심판이 제공하는 곡 목록 내에서 이루어져야 합니다.
선곡은 개막 5일전에 10곡을 선정해서 발표하게 됩니다.
선곡 발표후 48시간 안에 선곡에 대해 문제가 있을 경우 다음의 분들에게 의견을 구한 뒤 세명 이상의 동의로 곡을 변경 할 수 있습니다.

Victory Conditions:
Victory is determined by Score ALONE.
In the event a player fails a song, the other player is the winner.
In the event BOTH players fail, the highest score at the end of the song wins. Even if you fail, PLAY UNTIL THE END.
승리조건:
승패는 점수만으로 결정됩니다.
한 선수가 곡을 페일하면 페일하지 않은 다른 선수가 승자가 됩니다.
두 선수가 모두 페일할 경우 점수가 더 높은 선수가 승자가 됩니다. 그러므로 페일했더라도 끝까지 플레이하세요.
Elimination:
Matches are DOUBLE ELIMINATION.
Upon losing a match, players are placed in the "Loser's Bracket."
Winner of the "Loser's Bracket" will have to defeat the undefeated champion of the "Winner's Bracket" in 2 separate matches to be considered the overall champion.
탈락:
더블 엘리미네이션 토너먼트 방식을 적용합니다. (역주 : 간단히 말하자면 한 선수가 두번 지기 전에는 절대 탈락하지 않는 방식입니다.)
1라운드에서 승리한 선수들은 승자조, 패배한 선수들은 패자조로 나뉘어 집니다.
패자조에서 우승한 선수는 승자조에서 우승한 선수를 2개의 독립된 경기에서 이겨야만 전체 우승자가 될 수 있습니다. 그렇지 못하면 승자조에서 우승한 선수가 전체 우승자가 됩니다.

Players must inform the judges of the time period they can play matches within 48 hours of the matchup announcement. If the judges are not notified 48 hours after the announcement, the judges will arbitrarily select the match time.
Once the time of a specific match has been finalised, it cannot be changed within 24 hours of the said time. If changes have to be made, it must be at least a day before the proposed time.
If a player is late by more than ten minutes to the proposed time, that player will be disqualified. If both players fail to show up, the player with the higher ranking will progress.

대진이 발표된 순간부터 48시간 안에 선수는 심판에게 자신이 들어올 수 있는 시간대를 자세히 말해야 합니다. 48시간안에 심판이 선수를 만나지 못했을 경우 임의의 경기 시간을 발표 해야 합니다.
한번 발표 된 경기 시간은 경기 시작 24시간 이전에만 변경 요청을 할 수 있습니다.
어느 한쪽의 선수가 경기시간에 10분 이상 늦어지만 실격이 됩니다. 선수 양쪽이 오지 않았을 경우엔 랭킹을 기준으로 판정승을 선언합니다.
