Lemme know when this is complete and I'll do a full mod, though a couple comments:

Too many breaks. It really kills the pacing of this piece - especially since all it does it build up tension.

Disable the count down. You start off with the shouted 3! 2! 1! GO! *silent notes* Wha-? That was another thing that kind of killed my immersion with the song.

Seeing the default skin spinner on such a dark background is kind of glaring to me. Maybe try to make a darker-themed skin for that? Even if you're just palette swapping, it'd look a lot better with your SB.

Oh, two osb files. :P

01:23:954 (5) - This would feel better as a long slider from 01:23:954 to 01:24:588, then a single note at 01:25:011. It'd also be a good spot for a new combo.

01:30:081 (9) - Why is this starting early? Reduce a repeat and start on the red tick. It's a slider with a long time to re-aim - a red tick is fine here.

Good use of hit sounds in some soft parts but try to be consistent.
00:55:222 (1) till 01:04:095 (9) feels weird to play. I don't exactly know why but it bothers me.
01:11:912 (8,9) - A triplet is much better here, if you hear closely you can hear it isn't really a one slider sound but a tadaDA :P
01:18:884 (9,10) - Feels out of place. Maybe emphasize with hit sounds .
01:45:926 (1,2,3,4,5) - Hit sounds feels out of place with the pace of the previous hit sounds you used.
01:48:673 (4,5) - Missing a nice hit sound here to transfer the phase again :)
01:49:306 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Missing hit sounds, soft whistle does wonders. (Something like 01:52:687 (1) but then another whistle instead of a finish)
01:54:377 (5,6,7,8,9,10) - Feels a little spammy for its pace.

I think I've fixed the Inherited Timing Points already. I remember moving the green ticks 1/4 before the note on the timeline, after blissful gave his mod.

I think there are exceptions for SB's that totally need to be at maximum size for the play window.
So no, not resizing.

The whole 40 seconds before the first note thing would be a problem in multiplayer as you'd have to wait if not everyone skips, maybe add an extra SB stuff to warn about that?
Oh and, agreeing with Dusty on mentioning which diff Real1 did in the description area of the OP.
Personally compared to your other maps, this is most likely to be your first ranked map I believe.

-Max size for img in sb is 800x600 so resize BG06S.jpg, BG07S.jpg, etc. Plus black.png and white.png need be .jpg to make more light the sb and resize them to 640x480 because they are a single color and don't need be too large.

I asked the BATs about it, and peppy himself even said it was fine. I had no intention of going against your goodwill.

This was an exception because the SB only appeared at certain parts throughout the map, and didn't actually run when the notes appeared. The resolution limit was pardoned because of this.

I've had to redownload this a couple of times just because the SB didn't run well, Astom you shouldn't just round off the timings. It really fucks with the SB, seriously. :(

Sb element MUST have a MAX size of 800x600, these are still at 1024x768 (redownloaded 2 times to make sure) i have looked at the images and there is no valid reason why this should be this way

if its getting it to look identical what your problem is i can fix up the SB code for you, ive resized everything ect ect myself and still there is no reason for the size of the images

proof that lowering the res does not affect these images much

The song audio file should also be of reasonable quality. Try and source mp3 files yourself - ripping them from a streaming video site often results in low quality audio with high file sizes. The bitrate of a beatmap's audio file should be no lower than 128kbps and no higher than 256kbps. If you are having trouble acquiring an appropriate audio file, contact one of the more audio-savvy BAT - they will be more than happy to find one for you.
Sadly, Faust, you will have to have this bubble popped too because the 320 kbps bit rate mp3 you used for this map is not rankable under the new ranking standards.

If you want to re-encode the mp3 yourself, here is a nice guide to help you.
Otherwise, you can post on this thread to ask for help.
