This helps in ensuring hitsound consistency between difficulties without the need to check all the diffs just for a single tick.
Maybe use a keyboard button to toggle this, that you must hold in order to show what hitsound is used on a tick in the other diffs, and then it will disappear once you let go of the button.
The information should be shown in the left-bottom corner of the editor (in a box consisting of the information written as text), and shows what sample and hitsound choice are used in each diff on a tick. This can probably have, like, 6 lines (diffs) shown at once, and you can scroll the box if there are more than 6 other diffs.
For the formatting of the info box, maybe it should be like this, for example:
