I started up fraps on accident but left it running and decided to play the Made of Fire map on Heavy. I'd never passed it before and I was hoping I would this time. Sure enough I did, huzzah.
This was recorded using only a tablet so you'll see my cursor spaz out a little bit when hitting the fast streams. Watch it in 720p too because the quality is terrible in default.

Edit - If someone can tell me how embedding videos works, I'll do that, I clicked on the Youtube tag and pasted the URL but it just came up with a white square.
