Hello, here I am, normal player, having a suggestion in mind. I was thinking of implementing two mods that could be pretty simple.
Precise Mod - This will go in the difficulty increase section, in which you must let go of spinners and sliders just as it ends. In other words, you can't hold on to the button after the slider has ended, or it will result in a combo break and a 100.
Stream Mod - This is based off of the mobile app, osu!stream for iOS. This will only work for maps with 3+ difficulties. When selecting Stream, you must play on normal mode. You start with half health. If you miss too many notes, you will downgrade a stream (normal to easy), and start with a full health bar. Once you lose all of the health on that, you fail. If you have great performance, you will go up a stream (normal to hard). If you lose all the health, you'll downgrade until you fail. However, this would only work with three difficulties, so if there were six difficulties for one beatmap, and you selected the second easiest, it would use the one below and above. This would be meant for maps of the same song, not different songs like the Jump Training beatmap or the Stream Practice maps.
Anyways, thanks for listening.
