What ranking is "ranking-x.png" and "ranking-xh.png" for? I see these rankings in skins, but i can't find out how to achieve them after looking around google and the osu forums.
Also can someone explain to me all of the icons under the subject in the forums, i can guess what some of them mean but i don't understand most of them.
