With the 320kbps mp3 that you (Haneii) re-encoded to a 256kbps one, you would only need to adjust the offset by a few ms. A -6 (landing you at 575) should sound perfect. Just make sure to resnap all notes afterwards. You can also adjust your inherited sections, but they won't be too off with such a tiny offset adjustment.
