I think you mean rainbow 300s. If you are hitting to the beat and still unable to get them, it may be an offset problem. Personally the problem lies with my computer seeming to have a different offset everytime I play.
I think you'll have to tweak the offset a little bit, until you can get max 300 easily and get used to stable timing, ouo/
Focus a bit more and you'll get those rainbows
