Map itself looks solid (That jumpy insane isn't my kind of jump insane, but that's just me), and like I was with Amaranth, the difficulty bugged me , but this time, it's because you have 2 Insanes (That guest hard looks like an insane to me ), and one Normal/easy diff. It is screaming for an easier-end diff to balance it. Feels kinda lazy how it is.
Apart from that, Only thing I'd say is that in Insane, maybe use AR8 instead? I guess you were trying to make it different to Hard, but it kinda plays awkwardly. That's just me though, so you don't have to do anything with that.
