About the piano drifts I've asked Charles about them. Theoretically you'd need to place a timing line for each note of them to get the "perfect" timing, but we can stick to the 1st and the last note of the streams being timed right so the stream is rather constant and not so confusing for the players.

This is what I've found:

00:21:835 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This is a case where the vocals aren't synced to the piano. It's actually timed to the vocals here but for the piano they sound rather late. Your call in this case.
I made 00:21:835 one BPM higher since vocals are a tiny bit late too
00:28:955 (3,4,5) - Those sliders aren't properly synced to the vocals and sound rather early. For that you'll need to modify the timing sections from 00:28:389 - until 00:29:898 - staying this last one untouched:

made the first one 157 instead of your first two since the vocals before the second one are late already, also not destroying reverse-sliders in lower diffs this way (it still lands exactly at 00:29:726 as you suggested)
01:12:500 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Piano is off, or at least the beginning of it. 01:12:328 - BPM should be 160 instead, and a new section at 01:12:515 - with BPM 179 is needed.
(3) is already accurate, and this note is always clickable so I see zero benefit in delaying it. I did slow this section minimally down though so 01:13:025 makes a compromise between piano and vocals since in lower diffs only vocals are mapped
01:13:192 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Piano is really off. 01:13:017 - with BPM 140 and a new one at 01:13:231 - with BPM 184,5 would make the deal.
Because of that change in the previous point, the first note is now 10ms later (and the second note of that stream is already accurate anyways) + the last note of this stream was early anyways and is now at 01:13:735 (7) -(which is +17ms) so this should really be good now
01:13:896 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - Piano is drunk. 01:13:718 - needs BPM 120 and you have to add at 01:13:968 - a new one with 182,6 to make them sound well.
Now this would be something that literally nobody could acc because that just sounds extremely stupid when applied, a change from 170BPM to 120 and then to 180 would be completely unplayable and as I said in the first point of these three already, every note until 01:14:437 -(from which on it sounds correct anyways) is either ignored or mapped clickable in every Std-diff, so I see absolutely no point in making this accurate since that is just unplayable and I see absolutely no benefit in doing that. It is a bit later already because of the previous points, but I don't want to destroy it be timing that delay here.
02:08:468 (5) - Some piano drifts, not accurately 1/4s but the kickslider could work to compensate them.
And by that you mean that I can leave it as is? Bc the thing is, nothing is accurate, but the piano isn't very distinctively audible at any playback rate anyways so I believe making it easiest for the player is best bc I don't believe that timing anything more accurately actually makes any audible difference at all
02:08:821 (1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - In this whole part the piano fluctuates, making it not be synced properly with the vocals. I have mixed feelings about this section since the beginning of 02:09:174 (2) - is definitely about 40-50 ms earlier from both vocals and piano, but as in the first case you choose whether the timing should go with the vocals or the piano.
I set a section at 02:08:468 so 02:08:829 is now 8ms later (the bass is earlier than the other vocals here and also the most prominent imo, so making it any later sounds off for the bass), but from there on made it almost as fast as it was again so the vocals are accurate since those are the more prominent sounds and those have also slidertails mapped to them in the lower diffs which makes it super weird if those are off, whereas piano is just an inaudible mess anyways
02:21:701 (9) - Slightly early. Adding extra sections at 02:21:519 - BPM 156 and 02:21:711 - BPM 174 would solve it.
Seems really unnecessary since in all Std-diffs this is either not mapped or mapped clickable, thus it has absolutely zero effect other than making it a bit harder to acc, but ok lol
02:31:681 (7) - The last note also sounds earlier as it should. You'd need a section at 02:31:508 - with BPM 164 and another one at 02:31:690 - with BPM 152 so that the last timing section gets aligned with the metronome of this one.

It'd also be recommendable to find another BG picture. The current one is quite pixelated and therefore discouraged to use with the nowadays' standards.

I applied all of that to Expertum now, gonna wait for feedback before I go on the epic quest of resnapping everything in every diff

I also noticed while it was qualified that the sliderticks at 00:25:851 - 00:26:576 - 00:31:693 - 00:32:439 sound really stupid in Profectum/Difficilor/Expertum so I made them 10% in those diffs which is still audible but not so disturbing

this would have been maybe ok 10 years ago- lest we forget your image is 100px less height.
+fun fact: the resolution you're using is a bit higher than that of the original mactinosh from around 30 years ago at 512x342 (compared to 632x379).

if you want to use this probably use the images lasse provided, otherwise find a new bg.

side note; when i'm looking for new maps if i can't hear the song i'll judge the beatmap's quality based on the title and/or bg, if it's bad or not appealing i won't go for it. by all means, don't confine yourself to making your beatmap look good for other people instead of yourself, but keep it in mind if it's something you care about. also, vulgare sciuri/profectum are not very obvious in any way, these words mean literally nothing to me, many people also don't check the beatmap page so they won't be able to read the difficulty name clarification you've put there. i don't see this making sense to anyone else unless by chance they know slight latin. also, assuming that people will understand the difficulty levels if they find the meaning of the rest of the difficulty names isn't ideal.

About "judging quality" by the BG (O.o): If you can't hear the song, this means that you're probably looking at it on the website, meaning that you won't notice the quality of the BG either, soo I don't really see a point here ^^ (also I don't think a picture of an 'actual' Perpetuum Mobile would be more appealing than this lol)
And about people not checking the map description: If you're confused by the diffnames and actually care about them, I think you are very likely to look at the description, so yeah
I mean I can write 'Squirrelae' instead of 'Sciuri' to make it more obvious that it's a GD, would that be better? o:

All applied, fixed and updated, changed Sciuri to Squirrelae to make it more clear that it's a GD, and replaced the BG with Shad0w1and's version (thank you and everyone else who helped very much!)

I'm sorry, but we have to fix a few things.

I appreciate the creativity of the difficulty names, but I would really prefer something more understandable. The easiest 3 difficulties are really confusing in terms of naming.
I would recommend to shorten the applause and make it two times shorter. It will save some space and be more reasonable as players rarely spend a lot of time on the results screen.

Regarding the dq post.

02:10:240 - Are you sure? There is no evidence that supports this being a bug. It's very easy to test if "inconsistencies" occur, and they do not here. (Or anywhere). Double greens and double reds have been confirmed to cause problems, that's why there's a rule in the RC against those.

For the diff names, i just figured they were difficulty settings in a different language. If that's the case, I don't see why we can't use them. They make coherent sense. The only thing necessary is adding a translation on the beatmap description.

For the applause i'm kinda neutral with it. I agree it plays on for a while after the results screen so shortening it makes sense. I just think that by shortening the applause you either have to end the mp3 abruptly, or have to double the bpm which feels really rushed.

On Expertum, I just found this section at 01:04:474 (3,1,2,3,4) - really undermapped considering you were following those vocals on red ticks (01:03:565 (2,2) - ) just half a measure before. It seemed a bit weird for me you would stop following them so soon after. Usually, its good to have variety, and following different rhythms makes your style more interesting, but when a really similar sound is occurs again in such short timeframes, I think its better to be consistent since the sound is still fresh in the player's mind, so when they hear it again they will want to tap at something instinctively.

as bonsai's friend I may be slightly biased here but we already considered that difficulty names can be in another language depending on context. this has been done recently in spanish maps, and their relation to english is as close (if not farther) than latin itself. I don't see why the diffnames should be changed.

(I also could've named the Easy 'Facilor' which is basically exactly the same as the spanish ones, but since there's no english word that is related to that in any way I chose 'Vulgare' where you only have to ignore the last letter to have an english word)

I see that such a long applause is actually rather bad, I didn't care much about it anyways, just thought it would be a nice gimmick, so I just deleted it
apple had already pointed that inconsistent sampletset out but seems like I missed it, sorry ;_;
And @Monstrata: At 01:03:565 (2,2) - , the vocalist who sings the main melody has notes here, whereas he doesn't have any between 01:04:838 (1,2,3,4) so this is nothing but consistent ^^

I had to listen at like 25% just to hear that lmao. The notes in between are really overshadowed by the deeper voice. It really sounds like 01:03:384 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - is following the deeper voice instead of that "main" voice lol. Just be aware that because of your rhythm choice, people can interpret it as such because those notes also sync with the deeper voice as well, not just your "main" voice.

Uh tbh I can't see how that is so hard to hear ^^ Anyways, the deeper voice has constant 1/2s during 01:03:384 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) -, it doesn't have a single gap there, so saying that the start follows the deep voice is kinda random since 01:03:929 is not mapped etc.
