Fixed grammar...the n't went to the wrong place. 
I was trying to set up the in-built administrator in my account because I was annoyed by the "access denied" issues of Vista. XD...
Anyway, I know how to fix it, just need to find the correct CD to reboot a few things.

I'll think about the OS I'll use when I build my own PC, defiantly not Vista. (GO XP) Mac OS X

Vista is generally okay and I was trying to fix one of the programs I have in my computer by replacing the .dll file in system 32, but I couldn't even do that because "access is denied" despite I am an administrator.
And no, my Vista isn't messed... it's how Vista is. >_>;
Anyway, it is fixed now... so...
