First of all the offset is slightly wrong, use 1.420 ;)
(You can just select all sections at once and move it by 40)

  6. On your diffs: 01:19:813 (1) - This spinner doesn't work here, map this part instead and place the spinner on or past 01:25:235

Distance spacing needs to be kept constant throughout the entire difficulty, I'll point out a couple examples but you should go through the map and adjust them yourself

Also, changes in Slider Velocity shouldn't be used in easy diff, keep it at 1.00 and fix the beginning

I didn't mod hard and insane because a lot of the stuff I've already said regarding aesthetics applies to those difficulties as well. However, the hard difficulty is reallly overmapped in some parts like 00:13:669 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - and 00:31:289 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - so I suggest fixing those.
