it's an option in Option Menu saying "Allow cursor control when playing with Autopilot", when it's enabled you can use your mouse/tablet when playing with Autopilot.
i think it'd be definitely easier to play Autopilot if you could control the cursor to aim notes.

Isn't that what relax does?
You use the cursor to move but don't need to click

it could be an entirely new unranked mod too but i cant think of any good name for it

But still
The reason autopilot exists is to NOT move the cursor
This means you just get an unranked play where each hit is worth the same (as mod bonus is 0.00 thus removing all combo bonus and others)
Unranked plaays have been requested and denied before
Just use NF and play offline to achieve the same (with a higher score as well)

uhm.. what?
being able to move your cursor while playing with autopilot is the same as just not playing with autopilot at all.
