Hei I'm tortlepancake and I've been playing osu! for a month now.
I'm a keyboard and tablet player..

enw my asl is 14/m/philippines I really love my country but I hate the government

I can't call myself an otaku yet so don't call me onee chan!~
I saw a post about introductions and he overdid himself so idec anymore xD
Tortle is very talkative and an airhead and not a tsundere

Umm- Its not like I really want to introduce myself to everyone..
And no, no 3 numbers.. Never
