Please make a download button with no storyboard because some of the people's computer is lag or their computer's storage is almost full.

Well, if you want to add download button without the storyboard just because people are lazy to disable the storyboard, they won't do it. (in fact, there is a toggle in the option to disable the storyboard)
But if you are requesting to add download button without storyboard because of having a slow internet (some storyboard images and sounds take alot of space) or their saving limited internet data usage (or even downloading without hitsounds (only useful in heavily hitsounded or map with alot hitsounds)), they might (or not) take this to consideration to implement this though.
