can you explain what you mean by banner
userpage or signature?
the userpage is the thing on your profile, and the signature is what appears under your posts in the forums.

If you mean the userpage banner, you should make one or asking someone to make one for you, then you should put it in your userpage using this code for example.
If you mean the signature banner, the procedure is pretty much the same as above.
