Anyway...

I doubt any video players can play Flash. Maybe if you find a plugin for VLC or mplayer or ffdshow something. I doubt someone's done it, though, but worth a search on your own, using Google.

Media Player Classic HomeCinema does everything apart from the swf thing, which you should just use your browser for.

print screen doesn't work anymore in windows 7 they now use some worthless snipping tool

but you can still use fraps or other programs for that
